Im Jahre eintausend achthundert und sechsundfünfzig den neunten Januar morgens halb fünf Uhr starb und wurde am elften desselben Monats vormittags neun Uhr vom unterzeichnetem Pfarrer beerdigt "Bernardus Zipfel" neun und dreißig Jahre, vier Monate und neunundzwanzig Tage alt, hiesiger Hauptlehrer und Ehemann der Cäcilia, geborene Willig, alle hier seßhaftig.

In the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty six on the 9th of January at half past four in the morning died, and was buried by the undersigned priest on the 11th of January at nine o'clock a.m. "Bernardus Zipfel", aged thirty-nine years, three months and twenty-nine days, local teacher and spouse of Cäcilia, maiden name Willig, all of them residents here.
